I have  been putting together a Weight Loss Blog Directory.  I like being able to get to many of the weight loss blog's from one place.  I can just go down the list and see what's going on.  I can find out what other people are doing to get through their hard times.  What they have learned that might be of help to me.

I really think it has been great for my weight loss to be able to read blogs from others who are working on losing weight, or have lost weight and are maintaining.

I will be adding blogs to it as I have time.  I am trying to find weight loss blogs to add.  I haven't had time to work on it much lately, but I will try to step it up in the next week or so.
